I strongly believe that in running Manic Trout it is important to focus on the tasks I am best at (jewelry and website design/development) and delegate the rest to others. Today just became one of the milestones in having both the weight taken off of my shoulders and my assistant and intern having a new job they like to do. The girls have taken over the task of photographing the jewelry...which is a huge pain in the ass due to both volume of jewelry created and how often they need to be taken for line sheets, ads, promos and the website. I then just touch up the images in photoshop and do the graphics work. This is freeing up so much of my time better spent elsewhere and maybe bring a fresh look to Manic Trout as well...go team go!!!!
