I figured that as I planned this trip via the blog I might as well offer up a great recap as well….and I am doing it visually…enjoy!

The trip was fantastic, I was with two of my sisters…Gillian and Holly and our great friend Karen…it will become an annual adventure…but for longer next time…
I am home from Vegas and trying to catch up and get back into my routine…but I wanted to share some great press that came out the day I left Vegas…
Check out the sassy Ilona Earrings looking all pretty in this weeks Star magazine!

I’ll also note the randomness that due to recent events, there are also two photos of places that are part of my regular life in Millbrook in this issue…
One day only, Friday March 20th from 12am-12am save 15% on any purchase from Manic Trout with SPRING09 entered in the Discount Coupon box at checkout!
I have gone on and on a few times about my desire to combine art and jewelry and make it work and thus far, I have not had very good luck…actual I have made nothing more then a mess with my attempts. So when I saw that Amy Steinberg, the creative maven behind Charming Sam created a new Travel Jewelry line which did just that, I was instantly smitten! My absolute favorite is the London necklace…

I love the little snippets of black fabric worked in, but there are oodles of others to check out as well…Excellent work Amy!!!!
While you are over at Charming Sam, make sure to check out Amy’s art as well…which are the images used in the jewelry if you didn’t fiure that out….I am loving “Praise In Paris”…

Wow, I didn’t realize how many days have gone by, oops! I basically have been trying to get caught up in my studio from teaching all of last week…and I am finally getting there…thank goodness for rain and good movies to make me stay put…I’ll be back later, but in the meantime…I’ll share that I watched The Rocker (I think that dating a drummer for three years made this movie that much funnier to me), Ghost Town (awesome sarcasm…and from a Brit!), Vicky Christina Barcelona (made me like Woody Allen films again) and Towelhead…if you have to pick one, go with Towelhead…it is phenomenal! This afternoon I may put The Express on…here’s a random fact for you…I LOVE football movies…you may have heard me wax poetic about Rudi…I love them all…
